The Draper Self-Culture Club's fountain stands at the crossroads of Maine Street and Williams Avenue. It was a landmark from 1914 until 1930.

The ladies of the Draper Self-Culture Club oversaw the erection of this water fountain. In adition to the upper water trough, a lower, smaller opening allowed dogs to drink their fill as well.
